Abstract
The proposal is to acquire a Chromebook currently available in our foundation's vault as well as withdraw $18,727 Mexican pesos from the foundation's emergency funds.
The withdrawal of funds will serve to bolster our emergency reserves, providing additional financial stability and readiness.
Specification
The scheduled trip to Mexico City on July 25–28, 2023 [1], provides an ideal opportunity to carry out this acquisition, as it will allow the treasurer, director, and founding associate to assess and approve the request together.
Why
In order to achieve our constant pursuit of transparency and reliability in all our operations, three members have been assigned to this task, not only fostering shared responsibility but also ensuring that all aspects of the process are supervised and verified by several pairs of eyes. Eliminating any possibility of doubts or misunderstandings regarding the recovery and management of the equipment and funds of the foundation
What
On the scheduled trip to Mexico City as part of the foundation's activities, the decision is made to obtain a Chromebook and the amount of 18,727 Mexican pesos in cash from the foundation's assets, which are kept in the vault of our foundation, along with the withdrawal of $18,727 Mexican pesos from the foundation's emergency funds.
How
Once in Mexico City during the scheduled trip, a meeting is held to choose the date and time at which three members of the foundation agree to travel to the address where the vault is located.
The procedure to access the foundation vault requires the use of two keys. These keys are in the possession of two natural persons who each reside in a different city, in this case, the director in Mexico City and the treasurer in the city of Morelia.
Both individuals and the associate and founder meet to open the trunk together, using both keys as dictated by the security protocol of the foundation.
They are withdrawn: the 18,727 Mexican pesos and the Chromebook, and likewise, each member closes with his own key.
To complete the procedure, part of the money obtained is used to pay the rent for the vault.
Note. The updated inventory of the DCF vault is attached in the references. [2]
Responsibility and Care of the Equipment
The requester of the Chromebook commits to taking care of and preserving the equipment in optimal conditions. Necessary measures will be implemented to ensure that the equipment is used responsibly and kept protected from damage or loss.
Rationale
This proposal arises from an analysis of our current operational and financial needs: the need for technological tools that increase our efficiency and the operational requirements of our members, as well as the decision to withdraw $18,727 Mexican pesos from the foundation's funds. This decision is driven by the need to strengthen our financial reserves. Since we are operating in an uncertain environment, it is vital to have sufficient emergency reserves to guarantee the stability of our organization against unforeseen contingencies.
Proof of Work
For considering that the Task was performed and valid, we will perform a voting proposal with the topic "Proof of Work ADM8" in which the Developers should vote Valid from the addresses which own and represents them on the DAO. with this procedure we will consider the Proof of Work as being validated.

Why Section Comments:
" It is also an opportunity to improve our ability to collaborate effectively among the members of the foundation and maintain constant communication."
I believe this is more related to the "SubProject Proposal ADM5: DCF Administration Meeting @ Mexico City"
In This case I think is more a matter of trust and verification to go together and verify that the reported assets are managed the way it specifies.Ass the How Specifies: 2 locks with distributed lock keys, where it requires at least 2 board of directors members of the foundation to access them.
